Paul Field - Managing Director

Paul is the owner, founder and Managing Director of UKRP. He is a social scientist by training and formerly a teacher in FE, a University lecturer and a voluntary sector resource centre worker.

As an experienced facilitator, Paul has chaired a number of regional and subregional business support, basic skills and IAG partnerhsip bodies over the years, offering both strategic leadership and reserach support.

He is currently a Visiting Fellow at Greenwich University Business School and until recently has been acting as the senior writer in Policy and Communications for the Legal Ombudsman service in Birmingham. He has also been an expert adviser to London Development Agency and Director of Development for the national network of local authorities in aerospace industry areas (AIRLINE).

For more than 20 years, he has been involved in the design, execution and management of a large number of local economic, community and business research and development projects.
